Controls

Pan: Click and drag the left mouse button.

Tilt / Rotate: Click and drag the right mouse button.

Zoom: Scroll the mouse wheel, or use the +/- buttons.

Symbology: Use the "Add Thematic Layer" button to add data (ArcGIS Online URL). Then, edit the symbology of each layer using the Edit icon in the "Active Layers" list.
